Tot School - 20 Months

The Baby had a fun week, playing alongside her brothers and sister.
She seems to be changing so much lately!
Her Independence is really starting to show.
Here's what we worked on this week....

She played with our Bristle Blocks several times this week...

And some Foam Shape Beads

She kept wanting to eat them though, so we put them away...

I set out a cat magnet sheet from Making Learning Fun
and our fuzzy pom-pom magnets.
She loved this!
She spent a lot of time placing the pom-poms
into a bowl and them pouring them out again.
We worked on vocabulary: Full and Empty.

She played a little with our new Melissa and Doug Wooden Shape Clock...

She loves to play with her Little Touch Leap Pad,
and is learning to push the green "Go" button when she turns the page!

She stacked our red Montessori Knobless Cylinders...

And then had fun knocking them over...

We did lots of reading this week, as usual.
The book basket was filled with letter C books for The Diva,
and The Baby's favorites were  The Mixed-Up Chameleon by Eric Carl,
and this My First Colors book by DK.

She got to play outside a little, but it rained a lot this week here.
These are a few of my favorites...

Just hangin' with big bro...

Climbing into the tree fort...

Almost there...

Success!

She played with our Honey Bee Tree...

And stirred the bees with one of the leaves...

Poured them in and out of the tree and a bowl...

She is still playing a lot with our Gear Builders...

Practiced drinking out of a cup...

...and spilled a little!

LOVE those big brown eyes!!!

Isaac let her play with his stacking cups.
She loved that he stacked them for her and let
her knock them over!

And she even got to go on a camping trip....

That just about sums up her week!

Great Job!
