summer

We’ve had a lovely summer.

At least that’s what I keep telling myself to remember instead of all the intense behavior problems a certain middle child struggled with.   I would have loved to do more, and had planned to be much more adventurous, but I ended up pretty stressed and tired.  So we stayed close to home mostly, enjoying time with my parents, VBS, camping, a little school, and a lot of crafting.

VBS had it’s ups and downs for the kids.  It was the first year I dropped them all off and didn’t stay to volunteer.  Isaac got to be part of the skit team and did a great job!
