I think Olivia has got summer fever just like the rest of us! Rare is the day when she asks to sit and do school with us. She's still busy learning through play! Here's a glimpse of what she's been doing the past several weeks:
Olivia has become obsessed with Brown Bear! We did a few of the activities from our Preschool Pack and read the book more times than I could count...
1*2*3 Count With Me and Bear Size Sort
She colored all the animals in the coloring book...
And put together the Heads and Tails puzzles.
She did a little bit of Brown Bear Lacing...
And stacked peg towers with this fun Number Train Puzzle.
She asked to sew buttons...
And had a blast stacking these wooden animal nesting blocks.
Here is a cute video of her making the animal noises. (Click here or go to the main blog if you are reading this through email.)
She played a bunch with these cute mix and match animals...
And painted a few new masterpieces for my refrigerator.
She saw her older sister playing with this Lacing Princess Bear, and she had to get in on the fun.
A little bit of big sis's letter W activities: W is for Watermelon Magnet Page, and Watermelon activities.
She did some measuring and pouring with watermelon water beads...
Decorated a pinwheel with stickers...
And blew pom poms with a straw.
Olivia still loves to lace and stack with this set, and sort by colors with these foam counters.
She carried this huge bag of Giant Duplo Blocks upstairs and spent the week building towers and then knocking them over.
She ate chocolate ice-cream cones....
Blew lots of bubbles...
And cuddled with our sweet little 2 Week-Old Kittens.

Love your Brown Bear week! You guys have lots of cool toys! I love those mix and match animals! They look like they would be fun.
Thanks Jenny! We have so many cool toys because I am completely addicted to thrift stores and garage sales! Sad, but true! I find so much of our stuff for around a $1-$2. We are kind of busting at the seams in our storage area...
