The Diva worked really hard this week again, and is really loving school!
We had a short week due to the holiday,

Letter B: for Bears, Bugs
Did the Brown Bear lacing card from this set...
The Diva learned how to write the letter Bb with this printable from Confessions of a Homeschooler. |
She did her Play-doh page to practice both
upper and lower case letter B.
|
Then she cut-out the letter B with a cookie cutter... |
And stamped the letter B with Blue ink... |
And a bear puzzle, with lots of different kinds of bears. I wasn't surprised when she said her favorite was the Panda Bear.... |
Colored a Bear... |
We read the book, Brown Bear, Brown Bear many times this week. Even Maycee got to join in! |
She did this magnet page from Making Learning Fun... |
She did a few things from our Brown Bear Pack, mostly the Heads and Tails puzzles, Bear size sorting, and 123 Count With Me. Most of this pack came from 1+1+1=1 and Making Learning Fun. Then we both played our board game Brown Bear, Panda Bear, which she loved! We played it several times this week. She sorted our Teddy Bear Counters by color... ...until The Baby came along and messed them all up! We played this cute game, "Where is the Bug?" from our Bugs Preschool Pack from 1+1+1=1... Labeled the bugs (from the same preschool pack)... Letter Bb practice, Color the Caterpillar, Bug Sorting, Circle the shape, Find the bug, Bug words, Bug colors, Separate Bugs from Flowers, and Bible Verse -all from the 1+1+1=1 Preschool Pack for Free! She did our "Don't Bug Me" File Folder Game... And a few worksheets: Letter B hunt, and Smallest Object. We did a craft this week too, a finger-print painting of bees, bunnies, and blue flowers. I didn't remember to take any pictures of her doing it though. We also had a lot of fun reading all of our books from our book basket with bear and bug themes. And sang some of our favorite bear songs: Teddy Bear Picnic, Freddy Bear the Teddy Bear, and I met a Bear. She got to eat Teddy Grahams for a snack too. I had so much more planned, but we just ran out of time! Keep up the good work my l'il Diva! Next week: Letter C |
